October 2023 was all about the long-awaited and fantabulous in-person event etceteras— feminist festival of design and publishing in Porto, Portugal! Over the course of three days, etceteras immersed in feminist publishing practices, dove into researching, editing, and writing exercises, and discussed the politics of translation through various lectures, workshops, movies, and an international book fair! We enjoyed meeting so many of you—in person, finally! Etceteras was curated by Isabel Duarte, Maya Ober, and Nina Paim, with Geanine Escobar as executive producer. The festival was co-produced by the Porto-based association Calote Esférica and Futuress.
